I wish I remembered the young man's name that helped me. He deserves five stars. He called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up promptly. He reassured me that my car would be taken directly to my mechanic. My mechanic even said he explained the issue to him in detail. Thankfully, I don't need a tow often, but if I do, I would request Freeman's.
