Very unhappy with repairs. 5 month old truck and all they did was pound out the dent and buff it…. The dent is still noticeable in certain light and they removed too much clear coat!! Also, the inside area where they pounded out the dent is all marked up with bare metal exposed, opening it up to rusting! All this on a 5 month old truck with about 5,000 miles on it!! Only reason we went to Brown’s is because the girl that hit our truck had Progressive Insurance and Brown’s was the only participant shop with 50 miles… Now we are forced to save up and get the truck properly repaired at another body shop next spring! When this should’ve been done properly, regardless of cost! That’s what insurance is for! Never again!

DISHONORABLE BUSINESS. They are dishonest with no integrity. Go somewhere else if you don't want added costly repairs. I didn't want to have to write this review but Brown's has not been in contact and I'm just frustrated at this point. I sent my co-worker up there to have her car done after I made my appointment. When she got her car she said before you leave check everything because her electrical didn't work. When I checked my car, my radio/navigation wasn't coming on. They took it in and said they would send it to lexus for a replacement if they couldn't get it to work. I went to lexus and they were only told to examine the car, to determine if it was Brown's fault. Lexus explained to me they couldn't pin point Brown's BUT if it worked before you went and now it doesn't they must have blown out the radio after they unhooked the battery to do the repair. They also said Brown's should take accountability to have it fixed. Brown's has not been in contact at all. This place has no integrity, honesty and accountability. STAY AWAY
View on GoogleHad my Durango towed here after hitting a deer. First time ever having to have a car at a collision repair shop so I didn’t know what to expect. While insurance did their thing the staff upheld a friendly and professional approach toward my situation. My car was repaired to factory condition in only a couple of weeks which was a pleasant surprise considering the amount of work involved. I also think they detailed it for me because my car was also spotless inside and out. Overall if I need collision services in the future I will certainly bring my vehicles here again.
View on GoogleA car pulled out in front of my wife and she T-boned them. Thankfully there was minimal damage (a cracked headlight and scratched bumper sums it up). We filed a claim against the other drivers insurance (Progressive) and they said this is the closest place to us. While we know we have other options (and rights under the law), we decided to give Brown's a call to see what their process is and how quickly they can get us in. It was pretty straightforward. I stopped by so they could verify the quote we got from Progressive. I'm pretty sure I spoke with Bobby (if you see this, I still have your card here - somewhere) and we went to look at the car. He looked at the paperwork from Progressive. Then he looked at the car. Paperwork. Car. He wanted to verify if a piece came with the headlight assembly to make sure the quote was accurate, so we went back inside and spent two minutes looking. (It came with it.) He was happy with the quote. We were happy that neither my wife or I had to be the middleman. Bobby let me know that they would go ahead and order all the parts after I signed whatever the paperwork was called (pretty much confirming they would be the ones doing repairs) and once they arrive he'll give us a call. About a week later we got the call saying parts were in. We dropped the car off on a Tuesday afternoon. That next Monday we were picking it up. The repairs look great and they even semi-detailed the car - an added bonus for sure! Photos are currently only the before. I keep forgetting to get after pictures.
