Needless to say, but the team at Greatway and GRRREAT 🐅 hahaha ... seriously, I cannot trust my car and the safety of my family with anyone else other than God (and the team here at Greatway Tire and Auto). I give thanks to God for helping me find this place. I have been a loyal customer for countless years. Though I used to b go to another mechanic shop and the staff was great, but one nightmare experience turned into a blessing because I tried out Greatway. I have not looked back since. Thank you so much, and I am sorry guys for not posting something sooner. You guys got me in much earlier than expected and that helps my schedule so much! Thanks again!

View on GoogleI called to inquire about getting my car inspected and was told to come in. A couple minutes after taking my car in the bay, the mechanic came back out. The guy behind the counter, Mike, I think, said I had a power steering leak and they will not pass it. Right away he said he could fix it for me today. I asked the price and it was $1200! I was never given a 10 day sticker. I said I would call them to schedule but I didn’t because I felt like something wasn’t right. I admit that my car sounds like I need power steering fluid but I have never had to replace it. It’s always full with no leaks on the ground. I call a mechanic and asked them if the machine would pick that up and he said no, it’s something a mechanic would have to put in the machine. He asked me to bring the paperwork by so he could look at it. He shook his head when he read it and told me where to go and get it inspected. Fifteen minutes and $21 later, my car was put on the machine and passed with no problems! I also asked that mechanic about the the practice at Greatway Tires and he said the same thing. They would have to enter it in the system. Women beware.
View on GoogleHere from out of town for a wedding. Woke up to a flat tire this morning. Drove to Greatway, tire was repaired, balanced and mounted, and checked air pressure in all tires. Was aĺl done in about 1/2 hour, and all for about $40. Great job in a pinch.
View on GoogleWould give zero stars if I could. Greatway has seriously gone down hill in the last year. I say that because they used to be known as a trusted company who would always do fair and honest work. My family and I have been going to them for years. Well, when my child's father needed work on his truck I sent him there. The mechanic that worked on his truck always wreaked of pot, which normally we wouldn't care about. Except we had to tow the truck to greatway on 5 different occasions for the same problem. Really we should have known better after the first two where they charged us over 500 dollars for each "problem" that didn't fix what was needed. You would have thought at a certain point they would have at least given a break on cost considering they assured us each time it was fixed for good. It was finally fixed when we gave up and brought it somewhere else after the last time when they gave a bs reason for the last "fix". Today, however was the last straw and I will never be giving them my business again. I called ahead of time to see if I could schedule an inspection. Was told they won't do an appointment for that and I should come first thing in the morning. So, we did that. My child's father brought my car in at 8am. He was told that the mechanic who does the inspections wasn't there and to come back at 12pm. But Mike promised to remember to take the car immediately. We go back at 12pm. Then sit and wait because the mechanics were too busy to take it right away. Another person walks in without an appointment and their car is taken immediately over mine. We still wait. Then Mike told us we had to come back another time. When we said we would just go somewhere else he gaslighted us saying "I don't know anywhere who will take you immediately without an appointment" We went up the road to the first dealership we saw. 15 mins and 21 dollars later we were done. Lesson learned. I don't know what happened to this place but they've gone downhill both in quality of service and quality of their word. Beware and stay clear.
