BJ's Tire Center

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went in to change four tires and get a wheel alignment. After waiting about 10 minutes, a middle-aged man with a Jamaican accent came from the body shop area and very rudely asked what I wanted. When I explained the services I needed, he asked if I knew my tire size. I told him no, but that the size could be obtained from the car details. He abruptly told me no, that I needed to get the size myself. I went outside, got the tire size, and returned. When I came back in, another customer was ahead of me asking for propane. The same employee looked at him and said, “No, I can't do that right now,” again in a rude manner. When it was my turn, I provided the tire size, and he told me the tires had to be ordered. I said that was fine and asked if I could schedule an appointment. He then told me it would take 5 to 7 days for an appointment, which I also said was fine (he clearly didn’t like that response). He then told me I could schedule an appointment online instead, and that it would be quicker (2 to 3 days). I said I would do that, and he proceeded to say he might have to cancel my online appointment if it interfered with their schedule or caused double booking. I told him I would schedule through him instead, but he then said he couldn’t schedule anything until the following week. As someone who works in customer service, I am always mindful of the people assisting me and try to make interactions easy and respectful. I was polite the entire time, but this man was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It was a complete waste of my time. As soon as I got back into my car, I searched for another tire shop in the area. The very first place I called was friendly, helpful, and scheduled me almost immediately. I will never return to BJ’s Tire Center — but Monro Tire Center in Newburgh has gained a customer for life.

Horrible experience so far, we ordered 4 tires and paid for them set up our appt. I go in to get my tires replaced and they lied and told me they never received them. After much effort on our part calling customer service (because this location does not answer their phones) we found out the tires arrived but they gave them to someone else. It has been over 2 weeks since we originally ordered our tires and I am still waiting on the “new tires” to arrive. No luck with communication and getting in contact with someone to find out the status of our tires. NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered my tires online and made an appointment for the availability times. Eight hours later someone called to say my appointment has to be canceled and there is no availability until 6 days later. I called customer service and the only option was to refund my card which I might not see my $850 until 5 business day.

9/23/23 I recently had the pleasure of visiting BJ's Tire Center and I must say, the service provided exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident. Overall, my experience at BJ's Tire Center was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided. Their dedication, knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly above and beyond. I highly recommend visiting BJ's Tire Center for all your tire needs. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered 4 tires on promo 2 weeks ago. I called in for my appointment today and confirmed they didn't get my tires and now I have to get a refund and reschedule my appointment and shop again for 4 different tires that were more expensive than the ones I ordered initially. Update. I was able to get my tire repair although it took an extra effort on my part. in the end I was given a good deal and priority service following my initial experience.
