Can’t speak to the mechanical work because I didn’t stick around long enough to find out. The tone was…unique. If you enjoy being talked to like a burden and then possibly threatened in the replies for saying so, this might actually be the place for you. A quick glance at how the owner responds to criticism should give you all the customer service insight you need. Not sure why the police are mentioned in multiple reviews, but hey, maybe that’s just part of the charm. Definitely a one-of-a-kind vibe. You won’t find anything like it elsewhere for better or worse. Probably recommend you to go literally anywhere else.

I would like to leave ZERO stars but there was no option for that. Please be very aware this person ,and Note : this is a warning for all the good people of the world and upper brookville. This person who goes by the name of Richard He is not a mechanic, he knows nothing about diagnosing a vehicle or any of its problems and he is a Nasty, Rude, Thief !!! If you want to get yelled at robbed and loose your money come here. I have a Range Rover 2023 which is a fairly new vehicle. I bought it in to check my lights cause they were flickering and he said it was the alternator which is a electrical part of the car. He charged me 389.00 for the part and the labor was 159.00 and I paid thinking it was good if the problem would be addressed. I picked up my car at 5.45 pm and went to drive home. As soon as I reached the main road the lights were flickering again , so I turned around and went back only to find out he was not there. The mechanic in his shop said he was closed meanwhile the shop was open till 830 pm and he never showed up??? The next morning I came back and instead of him saying im sorry for the trouble for the mistake for the misdiagnose he startyed yelling at me and cussing !!! I told him its still flickering and all the money was a loss and he cussed and cussed. I left cause I am 4ft'5 he was 5'9 or 5'10 he was scaring me I went next door to a nice gentleman and told him what had happened and he said it happens every day ! The police are at his shop every day cause he robs everyone !!! The nice young man said it was a faulty bulb and changed it for me in under 10 minutes . The charge was 6.00 for the bulb. He also said the alternator should have never been touched cause my car should be under warranty and it was a real Land Rover alternator now he put a fake chinese alternator. You live and learn not to get taken advantage by rich.

Run away from this place!!!!!! Rude,racist, overcharging and worst service i ever had. I had a problem with my car and ran for help but the big boss instead of helping kicked me out of this garbage and threatened the police. I could not understand and was really shocked. He was yelling at me for no reason. Please, if you want good service,good manners, good day,please run away from this place. Even if my car 2001 does not give him rights to yell at me. Do yourself a favor and find another place.

BEWARE of this place . The owner was as nice as pie when he took my money over $1,500 to fix a water pump . Unfortunately we had the exact same problem when we picked up the car . I brought it to another station and it appears to be the pump was never changed . When I went to talk to the owner he was so guilty he said his mechanic sometimes doesn’t do what he suppose to . I wouldn’t bring my go cart here . Be careful

I’ve been using R & R for like 2 or 3 years now, Rich is a great guy and very knowledgeable regarding automotive. His prices are fair and he’ll dig deep to get the job done on some weird issues that may come along that don’t happen everyday. His mechanic he uses is also very good, I totally recommend using them for any type of automotive issues you may run into. 👍
