Had my NYS inspection done by Jim, he told me it would be about an hour but ended up only being a 10 minute wait. And his fee was very reasonable and realized I was getting ripped off by my previous body shop!

I got my car repaired from this shop. Before coming here I tried so many mechanics to fix my car but no one could do this after changing so many parts. One day my close friend recommended me to go to New Hyde Park Car Care Center Inc. They are great people especially Mr. Jimmy who fixed my car at a very reasonable price. Thank you for all helping me. I strongly recommend this place for any type of car repair work.

Went here on a Saturday to have my car photo inspected for collision insurance coverage. They were closed, even though the Carco website said they were open. I asked about the new hours and was told 8-6 M-F. The following Tuesday, I woke up early, paid for a car wash, and drove over, just to be told, by the same person from Saturday, their hours are 9-5. Don't waste your time coming here. If they can't get basic information about their hours right, they probably can't get complicated information about your car right, either.

These guys are the worst of the worst. Complete rip off artists. Brought my Lincoln LS in to have a coolant leak fixed. When I got the car back the air conditioning was blowing hot on one side. I have Geico unlimited mechanical breakdown on the car so I only pay a $250 deductible on any work that is done. These guys raped Geico for thousands of dollars to change the radiator and a whole host of other parts. I got the car back and still the same issue after they had the car for 2 weeks. They didn't put screws back into the bottom of the dash board and wires were left hanging out. After taking the car to the Lincoln dealership, the only thing wrong was a $25 thermostat harness had to be replaced and I was told none of the other work was necessary. These guys are crooks and have no idea what they are doing. They just want to take advantage of you. Stay away!!!!!!

As per my new insurance company this was the closest station to get pictures taken of my car. I called and spoke to Mr. Alin and he met me when I arrived. He took the pictures and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. He was professional, courteous and made this a quick and painless process. I would definitely return and ask for Mr. Alin.
