Nassau Auto Springs

I took my pickup truck to the spring place because I thought they specialized in Spring repairs. I only wanted to add a leaf to my spring pack for some more payload. I was told they had to rebuild my whole spring because they had to take it apart to put the add a spring Leaf in. They charge me an enormous amount of money $1,000. I go home to find out they only painted one side of the springs and not the other which was necessary for them not to rust. I took it back they painted it. I then had a problem with squeaking and of course I took it back again and they put grease on it and it never stops squeaking. A manager named ed kept telling me he's ordering me some plastic things to put in between my Springs. I kept calling back and Ed kept stalling me and telling me he can't get the part. I then got a new guy on the phone and he told me he's a new owner and to bring it in he'll take care of it. I then made an appointment with them to take care of the squeaking that they found the part. I go to pick the truck up and find out they forgot to screw a piece in on both sides. The mechanic that tells me that part's not necessary the truck's going to ride better without it. Who is he to not ask me and tell me that part is no good and my truck will ride better. I did some research and the Part is necessary to keep the Springs together in order. I ended up having someone pick up the part for me and put it on myself in 15 minute's. I would not recommend this place stay away. It's a shame because it's not any spring places other than them left.

I used to go here a lot. After the new owners took over, the quality of the work has gone down the drain. I used to swear by this place but then after a servicing of my 15 seater, I found that they left a trim piece unscrewed that dropped in front of my brake pedal. I was lucky I didn’t crash. This place used to be good, be cautious about using their services. Just look at the photo of my throttle and brake pedals. They left the screws in my center console. Seriously this is just sad work from a place that used to do top notch work on larger vehicles.

These guys know there stuff leaf springs, replacement on a 2007 Tundra 3hrs turn around time slightly pricey, awesome overall experience

Artie is a super solid guy, shop does good work, very reasonable pricing. My go to shop for any truck that isnt covered by the dealership
