TA Truck Service

Ridiculous policy, they wouldn't change oil because truck got oil leak. This is the second time I hear that and ONLY from TA in NY. I think I'm done with TA service its time to get my business elsewhere. Your lost would be someone else gain.

As normal, 1 person working the shop. TA lets down again. For a simple oil change only who knows how long. The mech/tech on was leaving in a road service call. Stopping what he was doing and leaving. Need an oil change but it's harder and harder at TA even that bad word loves. We never ate, almost an hour with 5 customers for breakfast. Then it was all cold but grits and scrambled eggs. Everything else on 3 breakfast orders was cold. Eggs weren't cooked and the so called cook argued with the waitress. Manager was nice and we didn't have to pay for coffee. We left our waitress money anyway. It wasn't her fault. Bad cook, manager not helping and construction going on.

Not bad there plenty of places to park. Service way below par, Not sure maybe it’s the water? Restaurant is expensive

Great people from front desk to shop DAVE took Care my truck what a nice man.. they all awesome and respect full....

There’s a small TA… with few parking spots and small room to maneuvers. But the showers are clean and the staff is friendly!
