Shop and work for tire is good, no problem with that. Other peoples also okay and place looking professional. Only problem is Casey at front counter. When I trying explain issue for truck tire, Casey not listening proper and talking little rude way. I understanding everybody have busy day but customer also need little respect and good speaking. Communication making very difficult and feeling frustrating for me. Everything else in shop good, only customer service from Casey needing improvement.

A plus to the tire technician Dustin , man he’s the best , we got to the tire shop and we had to head back to the road quick , he was by himself in the shop with no help , but he got us fastest possible to get back to the road quick, very professional, very kind and friendly .. he changed my old tire to the new one in less than 20 min ,at the same time he was going back and force in office to email my company the invoice , he did great job , I wish we have more responsible workers like him on the roads to feel the driver time limit , again thank you so much Dustin , hope to see you soon again . You are 10/10 plus

This place is great. They opened at 7 and had a new tire on by 7:15. Definitely will come back here if I need a tire in this area again.

My experience with front desk lady was very unpleasant. I was trying to check in for tire service She behaved like she is doing me a favor. I have to cancel my work order because of her rude attitude and I will never come back to this location.
