Tire Town

So I just came back from this shop and I had dropped the car off initially to do 3 rims (repaint and fix the bend), balancing of all four tires, and alignment. They quoted me and I said cool see you guys tomorrow because they needed one day to do all of it and I can pick it up. The following day the employee Jorge called me ( he’s a gentleman I blame the supervisor) and he said that the car needs one more day because it came back and the paint did not match the other rim colors ( I wanted it repainted to original factory color) and I said wow I needed the car today and now I have to miss work for working on the car an additional day. After two days I finally went back to pickup the car which was “ready” but I came to find out they still didn’t balance one tire only 3 were done, alignment wasn’t done until I called to confirm it, and TWO OF THE RIMS STILL DIDNT MATCH THE COLOR EVEN THOUGH I WAITED A WHOLE EXTRA DAY!! the only thing they said they can do is either KEEP IT for another day, or discount me only $50. I’m so disappointed with this place and I had high hopes honestly they are not good place at all and try to tell me that the place they send the time is the problem but that isn’t the customers fault at all. Highly disappointed and won’t be going back. You can see in the picture the mismatch color of the rims.

Excellent service and pricing! Went here to get an alignment and roadforce balancing on my Lexus IS. My car tracks straight like an arrow and the ride is smoother than before! Highly recommended!

Mario and the staff are extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. I purchased my tires from tire rack to have installed here. I wasn’t sure what to expect but these guys are aces, installed my tires, and got an alignment.

I always get any tire I need from them, they always have what you need, no matter the type of tire, they have what you need, staff is very professional and friendly, they are always ready to help you out, specially in an emergency, from more affordable to high end tires, they have a huge stock so you can always get what you need on the spot!
