All County Towing & Auto Body

Due to owner error, my camper came off my truck while I was towing it. I managed to stop safely with the camper still behind me. I called police & they called for a tow truck. Eber from All County came very quickly with a flatbed. There was only damage to the crank, which wouldn’t allow me to jack the trailer back up to reset the hitch. Eber used physical force to bend the metal crank back into place, helped me back up and helped me re-attach the camper to the truck, making sure everything was safe for driving. He then proceeded to tell me that there would be no charge. He was strong, but most of all, kind and understanding. I lost my husband to cancer and I am basically a beginner camper to carry on tradition for my children. I M so thankful to All County for the helping hand. I will be stopping by the shop to bring something to them all, as well as something for Eber. Thank you guys so much! God is good.

I had the absolute best experience with All County Towing today, and it was entirely because of Iris and Taryn. I unfortunately had a flat tire in the middle of the highway and was stuck for over an hour, completely alone. It was my first time ever dealing with something like this, and I was very emotional and overwhelmed. When I called, Iris immediately put me at ease. She quickly arranged for a tow truck to come to my rescue and even helped get everything approved through my car insurance so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. During our call, I briefly mentioned that I’ve been going through a difficult time and that in the past I would have called my dad in a situation like this, but I can’t anymore. I also mentioned that I had planned to treat myself to a coffee that morning before work, but of course that didn’t happen because of the flat tire. Taryn, the driver, was incredibly patient, calm, and kind throughout the entire process. They drove me to my requested location, and everything was quick and seamless. What truly touched me though was Iris’ thoughtfulness. She went out of her way to get me a cup of coffee while I waited for my car to be repaired. That small act of kindness meant more than I can put into words. In a moment where I felt overwhelmed and alone, she showed genuine care and compassion. The level of professionalism, service, and kindness from this team is unmatched. I am so grateful to the entire staff. I will never forget this experience and will absolutely continue to use and recommend All County Towing in the future. A huge thank you to Iris and Taryn. The truth is the best workshop I have ever left my car in, highly recommended, first class service, I was very satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle, they delivered it to me as if it were an agency service and best of all is that they even sent me some stickers that I had on my doors that they had to remove in order to paint them, they glued them new to my house... a 5 service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in video you can see better the finishing looks like mirror.. nice work 🫡🤜🏻🤛🏻
