My family has been going here for over 15 years. They are good people with even better experience. Kelly at the front desk is always friendly and detailed when explaining their services. They are careful and skilled. 10/10 recommend RPA auto!

Recently moved to Freeport, and I broke an axel in the most recent snow storm. I had to get my towed here and they diagnosed the problem right away. They then let me order my own OE part ( so I get a warranty ), Got the part the next day and had my car done within 3 hours of the part getting delivered. Was expecting to not have my car for over a week, but got it back in 4 days ( including the weekend ). Would highly recommend this shop to anyone, Kelly kept me inform throughout the whole process and was very understanding. Thank you to the whole RPA Team.

HIGHLY recommend!! Benny was very transparent and upfront about everything preventive I needed to do for my Audi so it can last me longer since I use it on a heavy commute most days of my week, he told me exactly what I needed and didn’t upsell me on anything. A week later something else was acting up on my engine and I gave him one call and he was able to let me know exactly what it was. Super reliable and quick, great team he has under him. You don’t understand how many places I’ve went to for my car. The owner is a family guy, very personable, happy guy. The receptionist is a wonderful girl to talk to, she is very understanding & probably the most nicest receptionist I’ve ever spoken to. My 2010 genesis had an issue that was stressing me out & the mechanic at the shop was so diligent with my car and found what was wrong. If you are looking for an honest shop this is the shop to go to. They won’t rip you off as well.

So happy my Mercedes is back to normal. The shop was busy and impressive, the process was seamless, and I’m very happy with the quality of the work.
