Land Rover Freeport Service Center

At vehicle purchase you are offered an oil change package. What they don't tell you is they will refuse to change your oil if you do not also service everything else with them. Even though you paid a few thousand dollars for the oil change package.

Brought my vehicle in for service last week for a fluid top-off and a taillight issue. Sheena and Mark (the service manager) helped me to understand the diagnoses of the problem and took care of all of my concerns. The service was super quick too as I expected to wait hours but that wasn’t the case at all! Also love the free car washes they offer for each service trip. The tech’s were very nice and welcoming which speaks volumes for the way the team is managed. Thank you to Mark and the entire service team for taking care of me!

Sheena Aviles is the best. She’s very pleasant helpful patient and takes the time out to offer excellent service. She stayed in connect throughout a recent mishap I had and never gave up until my issue was resolved. I recognize her as my Land Rover champion and she’s deserving of any promotion or elevation now or future. Love you Sheena.

Sheena and Daniel are nothing short of amazing with their attentiveness and service at Land Rover Freeport! Not only were they able to squeeze me in for a quick tire replacement, but they spent the time to thoroughly explain and assist me through the entire process - making it quick, easy, and super helpful! Sheena Aviles is my favorite service consultant at Jaguar Land Rover Freeport. I came in for a tire repair. Sheena made it a smooth and easy process. It took less time than I expected. Sheena is kind, professional and well versed. She was able to answer every question I had in regard to my car with no problem. I’ll definitely be back to see her the next time I come in to get my car serviced.
