If I could put 1 star I would! Trust me! Lloyd at J&E auto center is the most disrespectful, unprofessional and laziest mechanic I ever experienced in my life! He will double tax you for after used parts and don’t do a good job. My last trip to him I came for brakes, rotors and an oil change. Llyod charged me close to $2000 which was paid with a tip for doing it all in one day. First he showed up late and when I asked for my deposit back because I thought he was showing up he called with a bunch of excuse. Then he changes the brakes and rotors but I was concerned why the pedal didn’t go down smooth and why I had to bring it all the way down to the floor! I called him about it he said he doesn’t know. Mind you I still had to bring my car back because he didn’t have the up to date computer to clear the inspection code coming up on my dash. I had to wait for his friend to do it. So ghetto and unprofessional! Then a week later my breaks are squeaking! After close to $2000! Are you serious. I call him again to ask him to look into this. He tells me to stop the next day after work and when I come he locks the gate on me. So rude and unprofessional that I have to call the police! If you having issues with your car, just save your money and go to dealer. I know it’s expensive but save yourself the hassle!
