The service at Freeport Collision was absolutely perfect. TJ was very welcoming and explained the whole process of how my car was going to be fixed. TJ and his team worked very hard on getting my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. Once my vehicle was repaired, the car looked brand new! My bumper, fender and headlights were perfectly fixed. They also cleaned my car inside and out. They also had great communication on keeping me up to date on everything. I definitely recommend going here for car repairs.

I had a really good experience from start to finish with Freeport Collision. All staff were welcoming, inviting and friendly. The whole process was easy and seamless. Collab with Enterprise makes rental while your car is being repaired simple and easy. TJ kept me updated with a finish date and car was completed ahead of time. The text system as well keeps you updated so at no point did I need to call for updates. I appreciate great service with a smile. Keep up the amazing business team. I def recommend.

Completed the repair better than I expected, earlier than promised and at less than the original estimate. In addition, the car was so clean, I almost didn’t recognize it. Communications was excellent. TJ was a pleasure to work with! I hope don’t need their services again, but if I do I will definitely return.

Oh my Goodness!!!! I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of work & the ridiculously fair price that he gave me. I nearly cried. So generous! And the car came out gorgeous! I live and work in the area. This was going to be my first of three estimates. I went there based on the great reviews. And yes ..it was true! It was my first and last stop!
