Car craft is the place to go when in need of an auto body shop!!! The owners, John and Bill not only take a professional interest in getting your car done right, but are extremely knowledgeable in dealing with any questions regarding insurance/repairs. Their workmanship deserves the highest grade of excellence as my car looks as brand new as the day I purchased it. John one of the owners is excellent kept me informed each step of the process. He has been doing work on my vehicles for over 10 years and treats everyone like family. Erica his wife is a sweetheart highly organized and able to get answers for you in minutes not days. I always recommend them to anyone in an accident he will fight for you with these greedy insurance companies to insure they fix your vehicle properly and make sure it comes out better than before it went in. A representative from this Auto Craft Collision called me multiple times over the course of several weeks to harass and threaten me over damage to one of their client's vehicles that I am not responsible for.  I am not sure why Auto Craft Collision wants to give themselves a bad name over their man-baby client, but the public needs to know about their bad behavior and unsavory business tactics.  They have been reported to the NY State Attorney General.  Do business with this company at your own risk.
