I had an excellent experience with the service department at BMW of Freeport. The team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure everything was handled smoothly. My car was serviced quickly, and the quality of work was outstanding. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend BMW of Freeport’s service department for anyone looking for reliable and top-notch service

I had an AMAZING experience here. A couple of independent auto shops told me my brake pads were low and I needed my rotor replaced. I was quite skeptical and frustrated because I did not have the money for the replacement right this moment. Decided to get a third, official opinion from BMW Freeport. Drove in with no appointment. The service was truly impeccable. All the employees were kind and helpful, especially the service advisor Greg Katehis. He was so cool and kind. Truly an honest guy. He listened to my request of solely checking my car and brake pads, and made sure I didn't get charged a penny. He also determined that my car qualified for a recall on a starter replacement, so they replaced my engine starter that was causing issues for free! My car works even better now. And, they checked my pads and determined that they are nearly new - no need to replace anything, not even my rotor. Moral of the story: Independent shops can be liars and take advantage oftentimes. If you ever need an honest experience/opinion, head to BMW Freeport and ask for Greg. He's great!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a BMW dealership. We went in genuinely excited and ready to potentially purchase a car we were very interested in, but the entire visit was disappointing from start to finish. The sales representative barely spoke to us and seemed completely disengaged. He was on his phone most of the time and offered little to no information about the vehicle. The first car we looked at was filthy. It smelled like fast food had just been eaten inside, there were grease stains on the driver’s seat, and the floors were covered in dirt and salt. Given the condition, we asked whether the car had been very popular or heavily test driven that day, which is why it looked that way. His response was simply, “I don’t know.” We also asked to see another vehicle, and the right passenger side mirror was broken and missing. When we pointed it out, the sales associate responded, “Oh wow, that’s crazy”. The lack of professionalism, poor vehicle condition, and complete disinterest in customer service made it clear we would never give this dealership our business. I would not recommend this place.

Rasel took care of me with information from start to finish. Understood the assignment to say the least. Followed up on parts that were back ordered, insured once in stock I was immediately contacted and notified for shop openings to get my vehicle in. Highly satisfied with personnel assigned to do the work. The price on the other hand, yeah I digress. Overall highly recommend Rasel and Freeport Service Team, if you have a option.
