DM COLLISION

I got into a minor car accident this winter. I was swiped down the passenger side of my car. I had to have my car back in perfect condition, and I'm so glad I brought it here to Dan. From the very first contact to the end of the job, I was completely informed of every detail concerning the proper fixing of my vehicle. Right down to knowing I love my car and took extra care to all the details to make her look perfect! Including making sure she was detailed before I came to pick her up. Everything was blended beautifully. My tinted windows were not scratched. Rain guards were not damaged. He also was excellent about the out of pocket rental pricing and how long it would take to fix her. Dan also made it very easy to deal with Enterprise rental and the insurance company. 100% satisfied with every aspect of this experience. Thanks Dan! You did great! One happy customer!

From start to finish Dan was extremely professional, Helpful, Consistent and all around excellent! My daughter’s car was damaged in October. A Collision place my Insurance wanted me to go with kept telling me repeatedly they couldn’t get the parts etc. So finally in January, I reached out to DM collision. So thankful we did! The parts were ordered, the insurance was taken care of and her vehicle was repaired and painted in approximately 2 1/2 weeks. Overall amazing experience.

I was very happy with my experience at DM Collision. Mini van vs dumpster going about 4 mph, the cost of the damage was very surprising to me. Dan explained the reason behind every repair recommended, and he even explained step by step what I had to do to submit the claim to my insurance. He had knowledge of how to work with tons of insurance companies, and the details of how to work with mine. I wasn’t prepared to be without my vehicle for several weeks, however, Dan was on top of giving me frequent updates so I stayed informed and he went above and beyond several times to return my car to me better than before it was ever damaged. I hope to not need collision repair again, but if I do I’ll return to DM Collision, I trust his expertise and skill.

After my Honda CRV and a light post at work were done fighting with one another, the Honda was left with a battle wound on the driver side door. I ended up bringing my Honda (Miles) to Dan at DM Collision. I’m telling you if you want a top-notch collision repair experience, look no further than DM Collision. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was treated like a VIP. The services offered were second to none. Dan did a phenomenal job keeping me informed about Miles from the moment he went to his shop. I’m still not sure how, but Dan was even able to get me a brand new Honda door that is on an international back order. I can’t recommend DM collision highly enough!

Dan was terrific, great attention to detail. When allstate wanted to pay for junk parts, he fought them tooth and nail to pay for proper parts. I wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone else, best body man in the business!!!
