Wit's saved me after I hit a pothole while I was in town for a wedding. I was driving a recently inherited ’88 Volvo and started hearing loud sounds underneath. They were the only shop within 10 miles that answered and told me to come right in. Even on a busy Saturday they got it on a lift and diagnosed the issue in about 30 minutes. The transmission crossmember was completely rusted and failing. I ordered the replacement part and they only charged labor. While it was there they also found my brakes were badly rusted, ordered the parts, and fixed those as well along with doing a safety inspection I needed. I was nervous about leaving it 100 miles from home since it’s a family heirloom, but they put me at ease. They were very transparent about pricing and I never felt like they were trying to invent problems or upsell me. Everything was done in a few days - just in time for the July 4th weekend - the price was fair, and they kept me updated the whole time. Really grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them.

The staff here were incredibly patient and friendly! English is not my native language, but they tried their absolute best to understand what I was saying. They also went out of their way to make sure I completely understood the A/C issue and the pricing before doing any work. Thank you so much for the amazing service and for making me feel so respected!

I was traveling up I84 passing through NY state when I suddenly started experiencing car trouble. I got off the nearest exit and google led me to Wits. The woman at the front listened to my concerns and assured me they would get to the bottom of the problem. She understood that I was traveling on a long trip on one of the coldest days of the year and made sure that my car was looked at as soon as possible. Within 10 minutes, the car was being looked at. The issue was fixed and I was back on the road within less than an hour. The cost of the service was very reasonable and everyone I dealt with there was very kind. The waiting area was clean and warm. I was so glad to have found Wits! I sincerely wish they were local to me. I would love to be able to give them more business in the future.

I was very pleased with the service… Everything was explained to me so clearly and taken care of… The price I was charged with a lot less than I thought it would be… The woman at the front desk, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was so personable and in the short time I was there made me feel like I was part of the Wits family Thank you so much again I will be sure to Tell my friends and family about my experience. Zero stars, but I had to select one to post this review. Awful. I scheduled an appointment over the phone the day before. When I went the day of my appointment, they said they didn't have my appointment on file. They were able to "fit me in" and I saw my truck go right in. For a tire rotation and an oil change, I was there for TWO HOURS. I watched as three mechanics stood underneath my truck staring at the belly pan scratching their heads. I asked the lady what the hell was going on and one of the mechanics came in and told me that I should be proud that I stumped the entire garage, claiming they had to watch YouTube videos, because they couldn't find the oil filter inside of my Toyota 4Runner, a very common vehicle. I wanted my truck off the lift and I felt very uncomfortable that they had to continue working on my truck because they already drained the oil. They had to get the "master mechanic" to complete an oil change.... Also, while waiting in the lobby, another customer came in for their appointment, and they didn't have their appointment on file either. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will not be returning. My buddy rotated all four tires and changed the oil in the driveway faster than these people with a lift. I'm going to have him check their work because I don't want the oil filter or tires falling off. I'm not very confident in their incompetent work.
