So upset they did my inspection everything was fine till I got back in my car and my entire car smelled like an ashtray. I drive my 3 small kids in this car. So terrible 😞

New Owners. The office was renovated and has plenty of seats to wait for your vehicle . It's bright and clean inside . Some items are even available for purchase . My car needed a spark plug and a coil which was causing engine misfire . They took me in and fixed everything the same day . They were fast and efficient. They didn't try to pressure me into fixing other things but did communicate well that my belt eventually will need to be replaced . I thought they did a great job in communicating and fixing my vehicle on time . They also were patient in answering all my questions . I definitely will be back . Ask for Lee. He was great ! This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had at a mechanic. I brought it to the shop to have an oil leak fixed. $1500 and a week without my car later I was told it's fixed. Picked it up and was very polite only to get home and notice I'm still noticeably leaking. Brought it back and now it's tranmission fluid that is leaking, I asked the mechanic if he could do this repair or if I should bring it to a dealer, his response was "we got this, no problem. I just need to get the part delivered". Fine, I've gone to these guys in the past and had great experiences so I trusted them. Only to drop my car back off with them and be without my vehicle for another week. I got a call finally saying the repair is done and it's fixed and paid another $1000. I got home and look down and you could have followed me back to my house with the way my car was leaking. Now they are telling me they have no idea what the issue is so essentially I was robbed and my car is worse now than it was when I brought it in to this place. The part that bothers me the most is the woman called me, lied to me on the phone, and told me that my car was fixed and took my money. They allowed me to leave their property KNOWING that my car wasn't actually fixed. Absolutely no morals. Never going back there again and will certainly let anyone I talk to know about what a scam this is

Never been here prior to this past month. I literally googled best mechanics that wont rip you off and this was first in the list in my area. Read the reviews and as a single female who isn't really familiar with automobile repairs decided to try. Sometimes google really does know best. He was honest and to his word. He didn't promise he would have the car for me in 2 hours and then ended up being days. He set my expectations which I can appreciate and he explained to me at every step of the way. He told me what I needed to do and what I didnt need to do now and could wait on. He made sure the vehicle was safe and put a plan in place for the next items needed. On top of that his rate was fair and explained to me each line item. I would highly recommend this service station.
