Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Brought my car in at 4:45 for a 5 pm appointment. Was told they were a little backed up and would be about an hour. Went to check in at 6:20 and was told my car had just been brought back 20 minutes prior. Complete disregard for your time as a customer especially for the cost of services.

1 month later I finally was able to schedule and appointment to have my car tires replaced. Tire shop associates are so careless. Take forever to assist. They told me it will take an hour to replace the tires to go and come back later. 45 minutes later called me to come back because I needed to pay before they start working with my car 😤 it’s so ridiculous!! They don’t care about people’s time! Ok

Excellent service. Pleasantly surprise. Had my new tires on and a TSPS sensor replace in half the time that I was told to expect. They were done before I finished my shopping. They even offered to check my groceries out at their register!

Carlos the technician is very informative and good about answering your questions.

let’s just say it was a mistake to go here. I’m canceling my order and going to Mavis. They were a little more but way more convenient and had way better customer service
