I came in to change all 4 tires, also to replace my shocks and struts on a used vehicle I had recently acquired. Came in during the week and priced everything out with Leon. He was courteous, respectful and professional. I asked for some options and he informed me what would be the best equipment for my vehicle. Made the appointment for a Saturday. Came in at 8am, the team got to work, did everything necessary, and put in everything I had discussed with Leon. New tires, shocks, struts, alignment, and a test drive and I was back on the road before lunchtime. There was no up-sale from Leon, no mysterious issue that was “needed to get fixed right then and there” for an insurmountable price. It was direct auto service appointment with work that was done by people that are approachable, and friendly. Since my vehicle was purchased used, I know I need to do more work on it as time goes on. However I’m glad I have found a great and easily accessible location that I can go to with a superb team that can help bring my vehicle to where I want it. I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs a new, better, and really clean repair shop. Sometimes we come across locations that seem intimidating and that don’t care what you’d like. They only push what they can sell you for their benefit. NFA wants to know what you would like, what you need, and if they can, make that become a reality for a reasonable price.

Before She took the time to explain everything clearly, Christina offered me water, coffee or Juice making me feel right at home. The mechanics, Paul and Jason, did an excellent job on my truck. They worked quickly but carefully, treating my vehicle with respect and making sure everything was done right. I really appreciated that they were informative without trying to push any unnecessary repairs or services. Overall, NFA Motors delivered great service, honest communication, and quality work. I’ll definitely be bringing my Tacoma back for future maintenance, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy auto care.

I had an amazing experience at NFS Motors thanks to Christina. She replaced my headlights and took care of an oil change, and the quality of the work was excellent. After the headlights were installed, one of my daytime running lights was still not coming on, and instead of brushing it off, she stayed after closing time to make sure everything was figured out and working properly. She was patient, professional, and truly cared about making sure my car was right before I left. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. I’m extremely grateful and would highly recommend her and NFS Motors to anyone.

We had damage to our rear passenger door from a car accident and brought the car to NFA Motors / Renzo Auto Collision and Repair. They provided a very detailed and transparent quote upfront, which we really appreciated. The communication throughout the process was great, and the work was completed earlier than expected.
