Lincoln White Plains Service Center

I held off on writing a poor review for this place for literally 4 yrs because I felt held hostage to having to go here since it's closer to me than the Lincoln dealer in Queens, but after 4 yrs of half bad half somewhat decent servicing and after this last experience, I can say with certainty, that the mechanics that are employed there should NOT be allowed anywhere near customers vehicles, Especially not my Lincohn navigator L Black label. I brought it in because the trunk button fell apart and both 12 volt chargers stopped functioning. They held the car for 3 weeks, and they claimed all was resolved. When I got the car back, one of the Two 12 volt chargers was still not functioning and they put a nearly 1" long deep scratch right on the paint right by the trunk button they replaced and they left my front arm console panel hanging off, (since it appears they broke all the clips trying to reinstall it. Also now my license plate light is not working ..After the SUV being held there for 3 weeks, now I have to take the car to an auto body shop and another dealer to fix the damages that they caused, and fix what they lied and said they fixed. Worst dealership I ever dealt with , and I've dealt with a lot in this area over the last 35 yrs. Also, this dealership will leave grease stains all over your Interior panels and steering wheel and all over your carpet,, I cleaned up after them literally 10 times..

My car suddenly stop on the road, so I had it towed to a Lincoln dealer Lincoln White Plains. Two days later, they told me the alternator was gone and they said it could take up to a month for a replacement to arrive—which was a problem since I use the car for work. I offered to buy the alternator myself, and they agreed. I bought it, but they claimed it was the wrong part; however, they were lying—it was actually the correct part. Now, whenever I call, they don't answer or keep giving me vague promises like "today" or "tomorrow," and then I went to there today they finally said they don’t have enough technician .already two weeks have passed and they keep pushing back the date. I’ve visited them three times and spent $450 on transportation fees, but they simply don't care. I am done with Lincoln I have really really bad experience

I got my car back yesterday and I'm thrilled: it starts! It drives! Hooray! When the accelerator suddenly stopped accelerating and the brake stopped braking, at 5 MPH on Rt 17B near Monticello NY, I rolled the car to the side of the road, put it in park, and used the emergency brake. Added oil, waited 15 mins--but now it wouldn't start at all. Aaaaack!!! Had it towed to a good local mechanic, but they said the problem was electric/computer, not their area of expertise. Had it shipped to Lincoln White Plains, and they got the job done! Yes, it took them a while to get a tech on the job, they are chock full of cars being serviced on multiple floors, so they can be slow. And being a big dealership/service center, they may be a bit pricey, but I'm not quite sure how their prices compare. But, like I said, they got the job done, the car runs for now (after all, it IS 20 yrs old), and I was delighted to immediately drive down the road from Lincoln and do grocery shopping without walking 2 miles or calling an Uber!! 👍😃

Incredible service. Dropped off my car for them to diagnose some transmission issues. They didn’t have a loaner that could fit my family of 6, but the next morning I got a call that a bigger loaner came in and was available for me to swap. The fact they followed up so quickly was huge. I called them later for an update on my transmission, expecting some back and forth about options, costs, and other headaches, just to learn that my new transmission had been installed and was out for a test drive, completely covered by my warranty. Unreal. They’ve earned a customer for life.
