Land Rover White Plains Service Center

I had one of my rear shock absorber replaced. Service rep. called asked me to bring the car saying that the parts were ready. I had to wait there and instead of the service taking a few hours it took 6 days. I'm glad that they gave me a loaner but I know enough about car repairs to say that it shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours to replace a shock absorber. But the service facility and amenities were great and and the loaner helped.

Buying my Range Rover Sport here was very enjoyable, but it was only the beginning! Not implying my RRS needs lots of attention; far from it. I have the Land Rover recommended service done, and whatever else they occasionally find. I am greeted like a valued customer (not always the case at other brands), I’m kept informed as I wait (I generally do), and the work being performed is explained to my satisfaction. And it’s reasonably priced - just compare to the two big German brands, which are out of sight! Edgar, my service rep, took good care of me. The service floor is neat and clean as would befit an executive office. (See photos attached.) Facility has glass walls overlooking service bays so you can watch how they do their stuff. This is my fifth Land Rover/Range Rover (four at other dealers) and when it’s time for the next one I’m again coming here. They’ll even work on my 20+ year old Jaguar, when other dealers have no vintage knowledge and are dropping the marque (as it goes electric). Think of them for your next vehicle and service needs!

I was extremely happy. Cara helped me with my first 6-month "pit-stop" service, as well as some roof lights which I'm purchasing for install....I waited comfortably upstairs with coffee...everything was smooth and efficient!
