Jaguar White Plains Service Center

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the recent service experience and the current loaner vehicle policy. Two months ago, my vehicle underwent a wheel bearing replacement. During this service, the speed sensor was damaged by a technician, which I was informed was due to unforeseen circumstances. The total cost for this service exceeded $3000.00. Today, February 6, 2026, I contacted your facility to schedule another appointment as the same wheel bearing has malfunctioned again, less than two months after its replacement. I requested a loaner vehicle, but I was informed by a supervisor that my vehicle, being an older model than 2020, does not qualify for this service. Given that I reside over 45 miles from the dealership, the lack of a loaner vehicle presents a considerable inconvenience. During my last service visit, I incurred nearly $200.00 in Uber expenses and faced the additional burden of arranging transportation from Goshen, NY, to White Plains to retrieve my Range Rover Sport Supercharged, ultimately paying over $3500.00 for the service. The initial visit was prompted by a humming noise from the rear driver's side. While I understand that maintaining these vehicles can be costly, and I have invested over $8,000 in repairs to date, the current loaner policy is both unreasonable and unacceptabl

It was a good visit. My tech Eddie explained everything about my repair and ordered a part to fix my car. The part took longer than expected to arrive but in the end after I followed up my car was quickly fixed.

Highly recommended Jaguar franchise. White Plains Jaguar is the only Jaguar franchise in the area who can service my 2000 Jaguar XK8. The website for setting up appointments is convenient. The staff is cordial.
