Went to have a differential brace installed on a 2010 infiniti. Car went up on the lift and thats when I was told initially it was for the wrong car. 40 dollars to have this misdiagnosed. No big deal i'll admit I believed it at first because we all did. It actually didn't appear to fit. As it was a cheap fix at best. Well I returned back the 2nd day after verifying with the manufacturer that it was infact the right part for a 2nd opinion. So Omar, the professional that he is asked me a customer to lift my own vehicle with a hand jack bc he'd already had the car on the lift the previous day. Keep in mind we're in early December lol No worries been there done that.... The Two other mechanics were also there, but totally dismissive and acting reluctant. Here is the red flag of red flags, fast forward to day 3, when they finally get the car on the lift for a second time, they claim the lower right control arm needs to come out for access to one of the bolt holes located cross of the subframe. SSA said quote it was absolutely neccessary to remove the control arm quoting the job w/ 2hrs+ of labor. I knew better and im sure they also knew alot better. I just couldnt shake the measure of appall thrown at me. I went to dolphin 2 auto in saint albans, they used a magnet with an extension the total install time took less than 30 min. No control arm removed.

These guys were amazing and professionals. We are running a delivery route from Ohio to Maine and we pulled in the shop at 10 mins before closing with an emergency in our puppy delivery van these men didn’t hesitate to get it up in the air and had us back on the road in minutes!!!! We were able to stay on schedule and continue with our route. The owner and his crew were super accommodating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don’t ever go here unless you don’t care about your car much. I went to get a part replaced and it wasn’t adjusted properly so I had to come back AGAIN to fix it. I watched the young mechanic drive my car too fast into the garage and noticed after the poor job was done that I had multiple scratches on my front bumper.. the owner lied to my face and said it wasn’t them. The reviews come from their friends or family which are all middle eastern men like the guys who work there. I would’ve pursued them for fixing the damage but there’s no camera in their garage and the owner was already lying so I didn’t even bother. They also don’t follow the labor rate and charge according to the type of job it is no matter how quick it’s done which is robbery. Please think before you bring your car here.

Great quality of work. They're my main mechanics and I always go to them for help and leave satisfied. Straight forward people who get the job done. Due to Covid-19 I was expecting delays (obviously), so being patient is key. I saw most customers being annoying and rude because they can't wait. If you want the job done right, I would recommend to go here. They don't fool around and are really professional. Nice location also with parking. Very friendly owner and got to know him. I love how theirs no gimmicks or lying about pricing. What is told is what you will see on the bill. Nothing to be surprised about. Got my car back very fast considering the situation and pressure they're put under. 100% Recommended.
