I would have given this place five stars had the customer service been more precise and more accurate with the actual time of having my car left me stuck for the holidays and I could have made better arrangements maybe it was because I was too eager and or impulsive to pay and didn't care how much. Blessings to the young brother he tried, 🦾🦾🦾 however his communication skills should improve.

I was so confused, then one of my friends told me about Andy’s Auto Repair. I brought my car there. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle without using confusing jargon, and they provided a fair, transparent estimate before starting any work. They found that the alternator is all good. It was actually the battery and they’ve asked for $425 only. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and my car is running smoother than ever.It’s rare to find a shop that combines high-quality mechanical work with such honest and friendly customer service.
