I had a fantastic experience getting fit for new ski boots by Taylor at the City Garage. I’m a beginner skier who wanted boots to accommodate my wider calf after multiple experiences in uncomfortable rental boots. I’d had done a little research online, but Taylor’s expertise helped me find ski boots that were comfortable, custom fit for me, and in my price range! She was thorough, attentive to my specific needs, and answered my many questions in detail, taking the time to get the fit right and explain the process. Taylor and Veronica were both incredibly friendly and helpful during my time in the shop. Fantastic customer service experience!

Still a great place for skis and boots. They really know their stuff and are super friendly and helpful. We have now purchased three sets of boots and four sets of skis. This is our go to place, we come all the day down from North Tonawanda when we need hard goods.

Trey provided an informative and educational boot fitting service. I learned about my current ski boots, and why I am struggling with heel lift/pain. After the boot fitting, Trey recommended that I take a few turns to try out the new adjustments before pulling the trigger to buy new boots. My boots felt much better, except in the heel, and that's mostly on me for having poor dorsiflexion from previous injuries (I have work to do...). In the end, I decided to buy new boots, and felt great about my purchase from City Garage. Looking forward to trying out my new boots!

Grade A+ ski shop for skis, bindings, poles and especially ski boots. Over the past couple of years I've ineracted with at least 5 members of their staff and they are all helpful, knowledgeable and most of all very pleasant. THANK YOU for all your help! It's a fun spot to shop and learn

Just got new boots and goggles. Trey helped me get fully fitted. Tried multiple boots. Notice my weak arch and provided a solution to make my boots fit even better. The front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable to get me new goggles, ensures they fit my helmet, and got me with great new light changing goggles.
