Dependable Towing & Transport

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was treated very poorly, he was not people friendly. He was very rude and condescending. He can dish it out but cannot be on the receiving end. He stated that he wanted to fight in the parking lot. This person would be Dave. We found two brand new hinges for $30 instead of your price of $40 for two used ones. I understand why most of the cars are complete, because no one wants to return. I am also not allowed back lol, poor business practices. P.s. my buddy that was with me can confirm that Dave did state he wanted to fight.

My Experience @ Dependable was easy and painless as can be. New management helped me out with my new car purchase and I will definitely return. Can’t wait to tell all my friends and family about the great deal from Dependable Towing and Recovery.

We purchased a Dodge Caravan from the car lot, at a reasonable price, and while test driving I never turned the radio on, found on the way home it didn't work. The next day I called Shawn to complain and without hesitation he offered to replace the radio at no charge. He did want to make a customer happy so, he made us happy with a working radio. He had a great selection of autos of various descriptions, including trucks and classic cars. I will definitely do business with this company again.

Sold me a vehicle and within one year the frame and the control arm snapped, not only that but within one month of receiving the vehicle I had to get a completely new exhaust system. What an ordeal. I caution anyone looking to make payment arrangements with this dealer as they will take advantage of you.

A year or so ago i walked in to get a part for my honda accord, the owner david whitehill started showing me Polaroids of naked woman he had in a binder and a bag of pubic hair from some of these woman. at the time i was 17 years old and didnt go there to see that, just wanted the part to fix my car. Havent spoken on this until ive had a very bad experience with him cussing at me for being on the property during operating hours, didnt even ask for an explanation just started cussing me out, never gave me a chance to speak. Very unprofessional and do not recommend
