Cusimano's CARSTAR Collision

Collision repair. Do not recommend. Disrespectful as well as very interruptive and dismissive to and of women when confronted with the evidence that a battery was put in my 2024 forester wilderness that was not OEM rated battery in August that my Subaru absolutely requires for proper function, while also being dishonest about what my insurance approved as I received the confirmation of the situation from my insurance as the informed myself that they had already approved the proper OEM rated battery that our subaru needed because it cannot run without the proper rated battery.. So a battery that does not have enough power to sustain and run, not only the electrical functioning of my car but now my transmission is running rough, I don’t have enough power, which it may have caused irreversible damage to my vehicle. Now we must pay out of pocket and be reimbursed through our insurance. I give respect where it’s offered, however since such disrespect was offered when we were the victims is absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. If you cannot be honest as a business owner, then the proper assumption would be to not own a business.

Excellent service, communication, and top notch collision work. We had extensive damage to our car after hitting a deer and when we got our car back, it looked like a brand new car. I can't recommend them highly enough. Office staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and communicative as well. Thank you!

I was on Business delivering my freight when I hit a 6 point Buck in James Town N.Y.. My Van was put back together with Cusimano's. The Owner was Great to work with. All the Techs that had a hand in fixing it and the Ladies in the office. My Experience was Awesome. I am from Ga. And had accident in N.Y. they rushed to get me back on the road.

Went in for an estimate but Mr Cushman had just stepped out. His staff was very helpful in getting an insurance adjuster to look at the car. One of the mechanics fixed my driver door so it would open and close properly while waiting for repairs.
