From start to finish, this was a great experience! I already had an appointment for my breaks scheduled with my mechanic, but they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. On Monday, my brakes started making a loud scraping noise. I decided to try Monroe Auto to see if they could get me in sooner, to which Kevin said he could get it done that day. Needless to say, I was thrilled! Kevin discussed pricing, was very personable and professional. He called to discuss their findings as well as how much the work to be done would cost before starting any of the work. I found his quote to be reasonable for the work being done. I appreciate the great customer service and professionalism received from Monroe Auto at the Pittsford Palmyra Rd location!

Took my Pathfinder in for what I thought was a break issue, turned out it was not. Just a simple repair they didn’t even charge me for. I’ve been coming here for about 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Above all I appreciate the honesty I have always received about what is really going on with my vehicle. It would have been very easy for them tell me it was breaks and charge whatever cause sadly that does happen out there at other places. I’ve seen it personally and been a victim. Tony was very kind and personable. I had to replace two tires from hitting that pothole on the road the shop is off of, but I just needed assistance replacing my popped tire with the donut so I could bring my car to my dealer. I have been client of Monro Muffler at the Pittsford Palmyra Rd location, for years now, as was my husband William Bayle who passed away on June 2025. I’ve always been more than satisfied with their work and customer appreciation from the employees. My family has continued to use their services as well. Thank you for your quality work and patience with me in picking up my car. I don’t drive anymore and have to rely on my busy family to help me.
