I've had consistently great experiences at Firestone. The team is always friendly and welcoming. What I appreciate most is their honesty, they take the time to explain what my car actually needs without trying to sell unnecessary services. It's refreshing to find a place that combines excellent customer service with integrity. I highly recommend Firestone.

Never go here. They stained my seat entirely blue with their mechanic’s outfit and the stain is permanent. They tried to deny it,then later admitted there wasn’t plastic used properly to cover the seat, their claims department won’t help me. This is a nightmare. I will be posting about this until a proper resolution is made, Firestone is at 100% fault. Seat was perfectly white before and I have evidence of that.

Great service! My wife's car needed 4 new tires. they had the ones I wanted the next day and were installed quickly. Very professional. They also had a lifetime alignment offer that we snapped up.

I brought in a wheel with a mounted tire to the shop and also brought a new replacement tire. I had let some air out and removed my preferred cap so it wouldn't get lost. After leaving, they called me to tell me that the valve was corroded and air would not come out. I figured they saw the valve without cap and assumed I would fall for their report of it being subject to winter weather and salt, etc. However, I knew the valve was OK since I had recently pumped it up and also let air out right before. The valve was integral to the tire monitoring system and so they said I needed a new TPMS unit. I said why not swap out the valve core and they said it was stuck from corrosion. In retrospect, I figure that since I didn't buy the new tire from them, they decided to pile this extra work onto the mounting job for profit. I was pressed for time so I let it go. It cost me over $150 to get the tire replaced with the new TPMS sensor when it should have just been $30 for mounting and balancing. I had used them for plenty of work before this, but now I won't ever go back. Being unethical for a short term sale is always a poor trade off for being ethical with long term sales in mind. I am giving one star so you know I didn't forget to rate it.

I got a tire change at the location. When I came to pick it up, the mechanic and women running the desk told me that I had a “hybrid malfunction” notification. She said to me verbatim “it was on when you brought it in, I thought you would have noticed it.” That was a lie. There was no hybrid malfunction notification on when I brought it in. The reason I know is because Toyota cars snap the time and date of the notification. The notification came on at 4:15 pm. They called me at 4:30. I was blatantly lied to, resulting to bring it to the dealer, which resulted in another $200 spend. I will never come back here.
