Baruch Hashem, my wife dropped off our car for Tony to inspect and, unfortunately, he failed us in 2 ways: 1. The inspection was done in June but it took until August 3rd to get our email. 2. He put the wrong insurance information on the report. When I called to ask him to fix the paperwork, he blamed us for giving him the wrong paperwork. But we didn't give him any paperwork. On the contrary, my wife told me he asked a few questions, looked at the car, and then entered info into the computer. So it is not clear why he put the wrong insurance info but obviously my insurance carrier won't accept this and now I am being penalized because of Merc's mistakes. They seem like nice guys but don't go here if you need someone reliable.
