I have been a loyal customer of this location for 30 years, always trusting the previous owner with my vehicles. However, since the business changed ownership, my first experience was deeply disappointing. I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. I was called and it was suggested I replace the air filter; Fine. When I picked up my vehicle , the total cost was $211 total —significantly higher than expected. When I inquired about the pricing, I received an unclear response and was told the tire rotation was “free,” which only raised further concerns, especially after the fact I was told I did not need new brakes. Despite my reservations, I had my daughter’s car for a few days (second vehicle) and swapped our vehicles to surprise her with an oil change and to address a clunking noise under her hood. After dropping it off, I was never contacted about the diagnosis or cost before the repair was completed. While I would have approved the work regardless, it is standard practice to inform the customer before proceeding with repairs. (Sway bar clips replaced and oil change; $376) Prior to picking up my daughter’s vehicle, I called the owner once again to clarify the cost of the work I had done on my vehicle and was given a vague explanation with no resolution. Additionally, I was disturbed to find that my daughter’s car had been driven enough to noticeably deplete the fuel level by over a quarter of a tank—despite the fact that I had dropped it off with a full tank. This raises serious concerns about how customer vehicles are being handled. When I picked up my first vehicle, I was also left waiting over ten minutes because the owner was out driving it. A test drive should not take that long, and using a customer’s vehicle for personal errands is highly unprofessional. The lack of communication, unclear pricing, and improper handling of vehicles have made it clear that this business no longer upholds the integrity and professionalism it once did. Unfortunately, I can no longer trust them with my vehicles and will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly encourage others to be cautious before bringing their car here.

First time here, after great word of mouth reviews. Just dropped my car off, and the first experience has been wonderful. Very friendly and they get to know you. Not just a drop and run kind of garage. Thankful that I have found my new shop for my car!
