I started bringing my Rogue to Jared, Ron and the crew at 50k miles. Here we are years later approaching almost 200k. These guys are honest, get you in and out as quickly as possible and I never have to go back. The repairs are always done right. I literally don’t care about Nissan but when it’s time for my Rogue to be sent out to pasture I 100% be buying another Nissan so my boys can keep it in top shape. Most people say dealers are more expensive etc, etc. But that is not what I’ve found taking my vehicle here.

2019 Rogue with 14k miles and Battery went dead enough that engine would not turn over. So Scheduled appt. for a battery test (which is free service). After driving 1/2 hr to dealer, they tested battery and said it was severely discharged and charged it up and declaring battery was good. 24 hrs later it is dead again after just driving it for an hour. So they basically charged $80 for a charge and did nothing to troubleshoot or fix the issue. Since alternator is putting out sufficient voltage, I replaced most likely cause, the battery, and all is good so far. After complaining they did refund the $80 I paid. UPDATE: 4 months later and have had no issues with starting. Guess they can't even diagnose a bad battery. First and last visit to this dealer.

I stopped by to have a hood latch recall estimate done. Car ended up dying in the parking lot. Service department got me right in and battery replaced with other recommendations for further service that was actually a need. Kudos to this service department and the quick turnaround on an unscheduled need.

Good evening my wife and daughter brought a Nissan Sentra wife a sr daughter normal in August. They both got the tire and rim warranty. Some stuff fell off a truck. My wife passenger rear wheel got damaged. First when we brought it in so they could look at it. It took three or four day for someone to get back to us. Then we dropped it off on a Wednesday night .The guys said he was hopping by Friday afternoon. Never heard anything we had to call. Saturday we had to call again. Then Monday the same thing. Then they call and said it would be ready. Stop out to pick it up and the rim still had damage. Service manager came out look at it. Took pictures I told him it still had ruff edges on the rim. He said it wouldn’t by perfect when the refinish the rim. Did not make sense to me, then what good the warranty. We were five day with out a vehicle. He said he call in the morning after he contacted them. Did not happen, had to call around 230 pm. To find out what was going on. He said he was trying to find out how long it would take and try to get her a vehicle to drive. well they refinish the wheel for a second time. After two people in my family in august brought two new vehicles about 50,000.00. Not happy about the service department at all. Also I feel they should not be offering something to customers that they can not back up. Goggle OME factory rims for 2023 Nissan Sentra. Cost I found was from $ 220. To $ 350. Not sure what they charge for rims. Let’s just say very unhappy. Not sure after, this I would recommend anyone to buy or service the car there. Only good service you get is from the sale team. Service department is about a 1 star in less you sit and wait for you vehicle. other wise your left in limbo in less you call and check up. Mr Pike
