My service rep, Paul Papoon was well spoken and spoke friendly. I appreciate this after a long day at work. He listened to my tire needs, looked at the other tire quotes I got and gave me a better deal on the same tire as BJ’s wholesale. This is another reason why my family has bought multiple cars from Hoselton.

We were told our initial issue was under extended warranty, had to wait a week to get seen and then was told my work wasn't under warranty, charged $100 just to pull it in to to garage, and then tried telling me more work was done than needed. Midas took care of me in 45 minutes the same day and charged $58. I will never return for business to Hoselton.

I had a problem with my car. Fan cooler was draining my battery. During a winter storm i took it to bob johnson and to make a long short they were iffy about my warrany. I took it right to Hoselton and jeff got me in and i got my car the next day. I appreciate the shuttle service who brought me all the way to north greece in bad weather. Hoselton is worth the drive for the great and prompt service.

The service advisor Glenn was such a great help. He provided me confidence and trust with the dealership while the vehicle was being serviced on.

Paul, Trevor and the mechanics are always professional. I really appreciate their knowledge to always keep the best interest of the customer top of mind.
