They are fantastic! I normally go to Lexus, but recently the service at Bob Johnson Lexus has been less than satisfactory. Not only did Fairport Auto do an amazing job, but I saved $200 in the process. They are trustworthy, reasonably priced, and best of all your car is in good hands. I highly recommend Fairport Auto for all of your car needs. I know I will not be going back to Lexus.

Honest, direct, don't waste your time. They specialize in Honda & Acura but overall good mechanic. Came here for a second opinion when I thought something was off with my first mechanic - found my guy.

Joe saved my day! Needed my car worked on fast so I could bring my daughter back to school. He fit me right in and got me going. The price was at least 50% cheaper than what I was quoted at other locations. Joe is a stand up guy and has a customer for life! Thank you Joe!

DO NOT RETURN A U-HAUL HERE!!! Just like the prior review stated they tried to shake me down for almost $900 in bogus “dents” for my rental. U-Haul even said there was no damages…so I’m reporting this scam to the NYS attorney general and the local media to expose them. Luckily I never paid the $900 bill they sent me! Don’t use them unless you want to be taken advantage of!

Called Joe on Tuesday and by Wednesday morning I had my car in the shop. He said he probably won’t be able to look at it until Thursday, but Wednesday afternoon I got a call and my car was all done! Fixed a spark plug issue that stemmed from me not being careful enough when replacing them a few months prior, and he charged me a super duper fair price. I’ve gotten tons of recommendations from friends and family to go here and I’m so happy I did, I think I found my regular shop. Thanks guys!
