Jason does not stand behind his work. We have a 2007 Hyndai Elantra. Jason changed the timing belt, tensioner and water pump last year. After a few months we noticed the engine wasn't running right. Gas mileage was down. Jason said everything was fine. We brought it in several times complaining the engine was not running right. He said don't worry. Last week the engine wouldn't work. Towed to Jason. He said the engine was shot, offered us $500 for the car and tried to sell us a used car. Had another mechanic look at car. Said timing belt tensioner was installed incorrectly. Did not keep proper tension on the belt and loosened over the year to the point where it was way out. As a result the valves and pistons were damaged! New engine needed! Jason refuses to do anything. Now we have to spend $2000 on a used engine. We are screwed. Do not go to Jasons. He won't stand behind his work. Jason replied that the parts were wrong for the car and we put 9000 miles on the car after he worked on it. Both of those statements are false. The parts were correct for the car. The timing belt tensioner was installed incorrectly. He refused to stand behind his work. I wouldn't let him change a windshield wiper. No integrity!

I have been using Jason's for several years with excellent results. This year due to timing we brought one of our cars to NARDY for an inspection. Well according to NARDY Honda the car needed over $2,500 in repairs - leaking power steering, rack pinion steering, and catalytic converter. I called Jason and asked if he could take a look. I told him I was ok with spending the money if he though the car would last a few more years. Jason looked at the car -total cost under $300 including, inspection and oil. He could have easily said the car need the $2,500 in repairs BUT he did not - Thank you!!
