My wife’s 2022 VW Tiguan was burning through a quart of oil every 800-1,000 miles. The VW dealership’s response was “bring it back when the low oil light turns on again”. My wife’s family as well as my Uncle, has taken their cars to Sophia and the Fenix team for years, so I figured they’d be my next stop. Sophia was such a joy to work with. She was researching the issue on her own time so that she had a better understanding of what may be going on. She found there was a class action lawsuit for our model year for this issue, and that it unfortunately appears to be something internal in the engine design. Despite that, I asked if they could attempt replacing the PCV Valve just to see if it would make any difference. She gave me a great price for the work, and was super communicative with me. Unfortunately, the PCV valve did not fix the issue. Which Sophia did warn me about before I asked them to do the work, so she was right! During our conversations, Sophia mentioned that the newer VWs tend to develop issues, that after about 75k miles or so, things just start to go wrong. She basically recommended getting rid of it. We took her advice, and bought a Mazda. Thank you for everything Sophia and team!

If you look on Facebook, there's a nice dog with a neurological problem that makes him prance like a pony !!!! It's a rare problem, his name is FENIX !!!!!! Check it out ! He really DOES walk that way !!!

I have had many terrible experiences at my BMW dealership, so I decided to try a new place. After a quick Google search & after reading positive online reviews, I decided upon Fenix Auto Service. Though it is farther away from my house than my local dealership, the shop was quick & easy to find. My experience at Fenix was a complete 180 from anything I had experienced prior. The owner, Pete, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable & honest. The prices are beyond fair & reasonable. The shop itself is clean & well-kept with a nice waiting area. I would highly recommend Fenix Auto Service to anyone who cares about their vehicle, be it a BMW or other. Overall, a truly stress-free & refreshing experience.

Incredibly knowledgeable, know how to diagnose and repair a wide variety of hurt engines, transmission, suspension, tires, exhaust you name it you break it they can fix it. Honesty with the owner Pete is an amazing policy this guy really knows what he's talking about and doing. The quality and the work speaks for itself hands down great people awesome mechanic's really know how to take care of your car! you feel as if it's their car up on the lift when you leave there

You should definitely rely on Fenix (as I have for many, many years). Peter is exceptional, both as a mechanic and a person. Sofia is very efficient with all the administrative details. Great service, good prices. Highly recommended.
