STS Tire

I went to the dealer and they told me I needed a whole new tire. They wanted to charge me $350. I took it to STS and they showed me the dealer was not being honest. He took me to the car and gave me an explanation of why it can be plugged and not replaced. Absolutely great customer service with honesty and integrity. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place over any other simply because you know they are giving you the service you need. I will not go anywhere else. It would have been easy to make me buy a new tire. They chose honesty over profit and they gained a lifetime customer.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. First, I called to make an appointment and I got an answering service. Carlos ( I asked for his name), told me that they are running a special now, and with all the discounts and specials, my oil change would cost $44 plus tax. I thought was was an excellent price, so I decided to go to them. When I got there, the receptionist said that there was no such deal going on there. The price would be $73 everything included. Needless to say, I believe he spoke to his manager who was inside the garage, and he didn't do anything for me. That was rude and unprofessional. So, it gets worse. The manager walks into the waiting area where my mom and I are seated and points to the counter where a paper towel was left, and he made the receptionist throw it away, while he was right there and he could have thrown it away. He treated him very poorly, which infuriated me even moore! Lastly, which was the icing on the cake, we WAITED 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES and the place was EMPTY!!!!! NO ONE WAS GETTING THEIR CAR DONE!!!!!! I said something several times to the receptionist and the manager and they said it was being worked on. IT WASN'T!!! The manager sat in the garage watching his phone, while another worker didn't help my so called worker out. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

This was an excellent experience on a Sunday morning! All the guys were so nice friendly and accommodating! Easy process for replacing a tire. John went over and above calling other stores to get the tire we needed and he went to pick it up for us. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The techs we very thorough and took really good care of us.

Awesome customer service! I was laughing and not stressed out about having to get my tire changed in the middle of the day. Discounts were superb! Highly recommend!!!

I went there to get my oil change and my transmission fluid changed. Dwight help me out he did an amazing job. Great guy and very professional. 10/10 service.
