I live in Westbury but opt for the Massapequa store specifically for staff. From the front desk to the mechanics. I always know I am going to be treated respectfully, fairly and with absolute professionalism. Thank you Massapequa store staff for your true customer service experience, every time.

This location is absolutely horrible. It is a black guy that is the manager and he is very unprofessional. I showed up at 5:20. He told me the store closed in 30 minutes not one single Car was there. He just didn’t want to do anything. He is getting paid just to sit around and do nothing

I gave the satisfaction a 9, because the price was higher than my dealerships service department charges for the same tire. I couldn't chance traveling the distance on the run flat so I opted for Firestone because it was less than a mile from my home. Otherwise, the people there are always helpful, courteous and willing to help. Once they got the tire in a few hours, I was able to be served as soon as I arrived.

My friend had a very disappointing experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care location in Massapequa, NY. She went in for a routine oil change scheduled through CarAdvise. After the service, it was discovered that the vehicle’s oil pan was damaged at the drain plug area. This damage was not present before the oil change. My friend spoke with the store manager Oshane, who mentioned using epoxy as a solution. My friend refused because epoxy is not a safe or permanent repair for an oil pan. Despite this, the vehicle was returned to my friend without a proper repair or resolution, and was told to file a claim online. When asked about the damages, the store denied all claims. As a result, she has been unable to safely use the vehicle and have lost workdays and income. This situation has been very stressful and unprofessional. she is still waiting for Firestone Corporate to properly address this damage claim. would not recommend this location.

My mom went to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Massapequa, NY for an oil change. After the service, her vehicle’s oil pan was damaged at the drain plug area and currently has oil leakage. She clearly stated that she did NOT agree to an epoxy repair because it would not last. Despite this, epoxy was applied anyway, and the vehicle is still leaking oil. I am worried that her car can have even more severe damage from the oil leakage. Her car was returned unsafe to drive, and was only told to file a claim online. She has endured great stress due to losing workdays as she depends for her car for income. Her driveway is now covered in oil due to the leakage. Very unprofessional handling of a serious problem. Please DO NOT go to this location if you want your car to be damaged without any proper responsibility from the store. EDIT: Firestone was able to resolve the matter and completely refunded the amount to my mom. We appreciate for the customer service it was provided, and although the store experience wasn’t great, Firestone was very open to resolving the matter.
