This place is awesome. I had a nail in my tire and some lug nuts that required a special tool to remove. They were able to remove the tire and get it repaired in no time at all. Everyone was kind and they are very reasonably priced. They might be known for doing custom work on trucks, but they can do it all at this place. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleHit an object on the side of the road and got a flat a few miles from the shop. Threw the donut on and drove to Finger Lakes Automotive. They had us back on the road in less than an hour. Price was fair, staff was nice. Great shop. Would definitely recommend.
View on GoogleMike and his team were great. They took my truck in on time, mounted and balanced five 37-inch tires and had me out the door by lunch. Good communication throughout the process, and more than a fair price at the end. I’m very glad I found Finger Lakes Automotive, and I plan to be back. UPDATE … Came back two plus years later, and I’m happy to report Mike and the crew are still rock solid and a pleasure to work with. I bought 4 new tires to replace the last set, which saw 78K miles of cross-country highways and hard off-road trails. Mike matched the best price I could find anywhere, mounted and balanced these big wheels at by far the best price I could find, and had me in and out in 90 minutes. We’re talking about 37-inch Jeep tires that weigh 80 pounds a piece. Trust me, getting them all mounted and balanced and installed in that time is very impressive. And the balance is perfect. Like riding on a cloud. Another major feat for wheels this big. Hands down this is the best place I’ve found for tires anywhere Upstate NY.
View on GoogleThe guys were super nice! I managed to get an appointment last minute, and was running late but the staff were very understanding. As I was about to leave my brother’s car’s would not start and the guys helped us jump start it. Would 100% recommend!
