My new car was damaged after I slid on some ice. Sean and his team did a fantastic job restoring my car and made it look just like new, like the accident never happened. They also managed to do the repair within a very reasonable amount of time so I wasn’t without a car for too long. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with this shop. A car backed into my driver door leaving substantial damage to my drivers side. Everyone at this shop was great. Shawn handled the insurance stress and Chris did amazing body/paint work leaving my car looking brand new! They also detailed my vehicle before I picked it up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs work done.

A bit disappointed in this body shop as they were not a recommended shop by my insurance however they had done work on our previous car of my and I liked the work that they did so I chose to go with this body shop however when it’s all set and done, I had been being told from the very beginning that they could possibly work on me when it came to my $1500 deductible at the end of it, it was an absolutely not gonna happen answer so it was very displeased with the sudden change. Also offered to bring them $1000 and give them the 500 over the next Week and again was denied as I’m spending hundreds of dollars in a rental that could go towards getting my car paid but instead I’m just gonna continue to fall further and further back as a rental isn’t too cheap so overall not satisfied with this auto body shop giving false hope and poor customer service. I’m a big believer and you can’t blame others for somebody else’s wrongdoing. I’m not other people.

It was fantastic! I got quotes from three auto body shops. One of them required an additional $1,000 for the fender part (the one starting with 'W'). I found out that the fender is only $500, and I don't need to buy a new one. It just needs to be repaired and painted. I'm totally satisfied with their service and price! Thanks a lot! Please avoid the auto body shop in Ithaca downtown.

Wish I had read the reviews. Was given an estimate of a week and still don’t have my car a month later. With each phone call with autoworks or my insurer, I get conflicting information about whether parts have arrived and when my car will be ready.
