Parmenter Tire, Auto, & Truck Service - Montour Falls

Highly recommend!! The people here are so patient, friendly and accomadating. Fair prices for a high quality of work. They do an excellent job explaining any issues with your car.

I have been going to Parmenters for a number of years now. Repairs, tires, oil changes, etc. I have always walked away feeling like I got a good deal, received excellent service, and the repairs were done well. Consistently the gentlemen who work there have been some of the most pleasant people I’ve ever dealt with. I truly mean that, they are kind, polite, and helpful. I have never had a bad experience there and appreciate the incredible customer service.

Just wanted to brag about Parmenter's in Montour Falls! We went to pick up a new boat and when we hooked on to the trailer we found the wheels/hubs loose. We went to the local marina and they wouldn't even talk to us. They said "Take it to Parmenters" I called the shop and explained our situation and Julie, the Sales Advisor could not have been nicer. She understood our urgency and said to stop down, we will make it work. Now mind you this wasn't an average boat trailer. We were loading a 13,000lb. boat, had special permits and a limited window to get home to Buffalo, NY, 2 1/2 hours away. When we arrived Terry got us parked and began immediately on the trailer. He pulled bearing covers off all six wheels and adjusted, cleaned and re-packed every one. The bearing on the center center wheel on the passenger side was bad so he ordered a new one from the local parts store and had it sent while he worked on the other wheels. For this shop to drop everything to help us was amazing! The staff all around was courteous and friendly. Terry had us back on the road and we made the trip safely. You would think the story ends there but the next morning I received a call from Terry asking me if we made it home OK and just wanted to check to be sure there were no issues. THAT was impressive! I would encourage anyone in the Seneca Lake-Montour Falls area to patronize this shop. Great People!! Kudo's to the shop!!

Parmenter absolutely saved me while up at Watkins Glen raceway, when my corvette threw a code for the tire pressure sensor crapping out, rendering the car basically undrivable on the track. They squeezed me in during a busy day, replacing the sensor, and getting me back on the track quickly and politely. Called me to keep me updated every step of the way, and charged a very fair price. Highly highly reccomend this shop to anyone needing tire work or other repairs. Thank you so much Parmenter!

Gordan and Julie are the best! Parmenter was recommended to me by my resort when I arrived and my AC was out! They not only fixed the car at a reasonable rate, but also drove my daughter and I to Watkins Glen Park so we didn’t waste time sight seeing on our vacation. I think everyone should give them a call!
