These guys went above and beyond for me today and I greatly appreciate it. They ran into a problem with the alignment on my truck and he took me back and he explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. Which I am super happy with. Plus on my way there I was having brake issues and they topped my brakes off so I could make it home and fix them. I would suggest FingerLakes automotive to everyone.

My mother took her car in for a routine oil change. Tech broke her oil dip stick. They refused to replace it. Any time she takes her car here for any work to get done within 3-4 days of getting it back something else ends up breaking. Wish she’d stop coming here for her car repairs. There are many other; better shops in the area.

Brakes went on my truck while camping…they were super nice and fixed them first thing on a Saturday morning and were so reasonable in price. I was pleased because they could have taken advantage of a female with a 10 year old along with me.

My car wouldn't start while on a weekend getaway to Watkins Glen, and and needed to get my car serviced before the weekend was over. The guys at Fingelakes Auto were phenomenal with getting my car checked out and the parts taken care of in quick timing. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area. A+

Great place to take your car. On a road trip hit a deer and cracked our radiator. Mike was very helpful and was able to find us a radiator. Fit us in to fix it that day to get us back on the road. So thankful that we found a shop with such a great crew. Everyone in watkins glen is so nice and helpful. (Also loved the blues brothers statues out front) Thank you again!!!
