He indicates 40+ years in business... yet is literally unable to resolve a problem that his people caused. Sad actually... Original comment: I brought my truck in to have all the brakes changed. I was billed for 9 hours of labor for one thing. Secondly when I picked the truck up and started driving for a day or two it didn't feel right. long story short, they didn't put the mounting bolt in on the caliper and it cause total brake failure, property damage and destroyed the tire and the rim completely. I have asked for a refund as this cost me a weeks worth of money because its a business truck. They used to be good, I don't know what's happened. Rude, elevated voices. I would discourage your going there. The kid that did my truck told me flat out that that he did the job, and he didn't put the bolt in because there was no locktite ... so he thought it wouldn't hurt anything. NEVER go there again after they treated me this way when I did nothing wrong! THEY DID

Have always had good experience with Groffs. Get me in quickly to get things done. Came quickly when I was in the ditch due to snow and also when I rolled my jeep. They are very good about getting things done and quickly.

The customer service here is 10/10! Rob was amazing with helping my family today with vehicle issues. He happened to be at the event we were attending and was able to get workers from his shop to come help us out.. which they had the issue fixed within 10 minutes for us. We were blown away. You just don’t see businesses like this anymore. Thank you!

Terry Groff and his family are just awesome. Came to rescue me and my broken truck fast. Very good service and friendly staff. Also have some awesome shop dogs as well. Very high recommend if you need to use there service. You will be very happy. Honesty and great price. Thanks you again guy. Appreciate the good work.
