The Physics Bus was broken down at the Mirabito in Oneonta right before a big event. I was doing an ok job fixing it myself...until I wasn't [realizes the need for someone who knows what they're doing]. The old crunchy carrier bearing did NOT want to let go of the driveshaft! Matt and his team removed it with grace and ease (and the right tools), got the new one snugged in good and tight, and the bus was back in business in short order. As an organization that delivers science on wheels, it is critical to our very existence to know a good mechanic in the region. The team at Finne's Service--along with great competence and expertise fixing vehicles--also clearly care about helping people out!

Finne has been my go to guy for many years. Started in the tow and repair business and has built his way up to his own location and I couldn't be more happy to see a great, trustworthy, talented guy and mechanic, create something for himself. Hes fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I've sent many customers from Zip's chop shop in his direction when looking for vehicle service and they are always thankful afterwards. Salute to Finne!!

Awesome job on my impossible van getting it up in running. If they can get this on the road they can fix anything!
