Country Club Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service

Took them very long to put steps on our Jeep. We had to come back here 3 times until they got it done. The 2nd time we came in, they had overbooked and given away our appointment to someone else without notifying us. We bought the car from a dealer in Binghamton, maybe it would have been better to drive down there for this job.

I appreciate going to a Jeep service and repair shop to look over my Jeep, but I don't appreciate being charged over $250 just for the mechanic to to look at my jeep just to give me a report and estimate of items I told them to look at. They did not discover any new items. I told them what was wrong. And they wrought up a report and estimate on that ..........and charge me for it with no work or service done!

I dropped off my Jeep Liberty to have the spark plugs changed and to confirm that I needed O2 sensors. My CEL was on and my personal scanner thru the O2 sensor code. I even noted this on my form. They charged me 2hrs labor at $135/hr to thoroughly check the jeep ( not what I wanted). $37 in spark plugs, $485 total, over $2500 in additional repairs they're claiming I need. They want to charge me for a leaky steering rack $908 that I can get thru Advanced Auto for $200. ARE THEY CRAZY???... NEVER going back. Thieves, bank robbers.
