I used to have trust and good faith in this shop. But recently I had an appointment to have 2 new tires put on and when I arrived he told me that because of the bad weather, the tires hadn't been delivered. I drove down in crappy weather for nothing. Ok, so I rescheduled for a few days later. Before I left that morning, I called to make sure the tires were there and Adam said yes and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived, the sign said they were open, lights were on but the door was locked. I tried calling and he didn't answer. I waited 15 minutes, gave up and went home. I'll never go there again.

No work done. No contact back. Has held my vehicle for almost three months without even being at his shop. No way of retrieving vehicle. Worst. Mechanic. Ever.

Today I was traveling from Maryland to Rochester for a funeral. I had some car trouble and had to pull off the highway and this is the first shot I saw. I'm glad I did. I met the owner who was super helpful and compassionate about my car troubles on the way to my event. He dropped what he was doing to help me. Within the hour I was on my way. I'm not from the area but if you're reading this and you are, I suggest you give him a shot if you haven't used them before!

Not good lots of issues part issues due to strike, Family issues, now he's been in an accident walking about with a neck brace..... never returns calls, shop shut down phone disconnected at shop, last we seen him 2weeks ago was a fluke he was driving by, well was a passenger in a vehicle driving by, said he would check email on part and call us that evening....nothing.My trucks been stuck there since September. I am at my wits end, trying to be patient and understanding but it's looking like I need professional help to resolve. I already payed 4 grand and truck is under his warranty I'm kinda stuck. Hope he gets it together soon.

If I could have given more stars I would. I took my car there think it needed a lot of issues I figured it to be over a thousand dollars and it was a lot less than I expected. I He was the only one who was able to figure it out and even took care of the problem. He definitely has my business from here on out. Take your car to them they are the best you won't be sorry.
