This is, hands down, the best foreign car mechanic in the Hudson Valley. Tom offers accurate and fair estimates, and has always kept his word on a pick-up time. He's trustworthy and does great work. I feel lucky to have found him to take care of my car.

It was such a comfortable experience. I felt like I'd been going to the shop for years ! I have been a German car enthusiast for decades. Mostly Mercedes and Porsche. I am fairly new to the area and I have been screening local "European specialists". I am a machinery mechanic, I can usually tell if a shop or service has the right experience. By nature I always double check any service on my vehicles. Just one visit was enough to convince me that Tommy has an unlimited knowledge base regarding German autos. All details from torque values to rim repair were identified within an hour or two after drop off appointment. Most of all Tom is humble, honest and he will tell you which route he would take as far as maintenance and repairs. I would highly recommend taking his advice. I am very pleased to say that I've found "my shop".

This place came highly recommended to me by my brother in-law several months back, so I decided to take my Porsche there for repair. There were several concerns I had regarding what was needed and I was assured by the Mechanic that they would get it squared away. Well, after over two months and an almost $6000.00 bill the issues were not resolved (at all). When I asked for an itemized list of what services was performed, I was gaslighted and was told what I could have been charged. Because I had my son with me I stayed calm and left, check engine light still on, and same suspension issues. Needless to say, I would not recommend this shop to anyone for repairs, neither will I be returning for any repairs.

Be aware! I left the car at this shop for a tune up and a minor repair of a leak. The car has not been the same since it left the shop! I was quoted $3200 for the work a day or two later. It sounded very high but I trusted that it’s the right price. However I later learned that the full job at another shop was $600. The car was in the shop for a month! Every time I called he said that the parts are not in yet. Finally when I picked up the car over a month later, I got stranded on the highway on my way home. I towed the car back to the shop. The owner Tom denied any responsibility and charged me an additional $600 for changing antifreeze and a new cap to the coolant. I paid and left the shop. A few days later, I opened the convertible top and the whole mechanism collapsed on me. Again the owner denied any responsibility! I did some online research and realized that I was not the only one falling for this scam! I’m attaching all documents to this review
